General Provisions

ki9 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for adult users residing in Bangladesh. By accessing or registering on this platform, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted the current Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

ki9 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the new Terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances forfeited.
• Accounts may not be made available for use by third parties.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ki9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity where required. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. ki9 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account, with applicable exceptions for unauthorised use by third parties. ki9 reserves the right to temporarily lock any account at any time for security purposes.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ki9 is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. For technical delays, contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. The following conditions apply when processing a withdrawal request:

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met at the time of withdrawal.
• If any active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until its conditions are fulfilled.
• Depositing and withdrawing via the same payment method will be given priority.
• ki9 reserves the right to verify any unusual transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ki9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any conversion fees must be borne by the user.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x — meaning you must bet 10 times the bonus amount.
• Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus can be received once per account only.

5.2 Other Promotions

ki9 runs various promotional offers, cashback deals and special events from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions published alongside it. ki9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

ki9's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — the higher the level, the greater the cashback rate. Separate terms and conditions apply to VIP bonuses and benefits.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games operated on ki9 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring fair play.

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In sports betting, results are verified from reliable sources; in the event of a dispute over results, ki9's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on data saved on the server.
• Betting limits are set separately for each game and event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki9 and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of winnings:

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to fulfil bonus wagering requirements using artificial betting methods.
• Attempting to damage the gaming software or systems.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Providing fraudulent payment information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

ki9 reserves the right to initiate an immediate investigation upon detecting suspicious activity and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by ki9

ki9 may suspend or permanently close any account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Pending withdrawals and wagering requirements must be settled before the account is closed. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through mutual mediation. ki9's decision on game outcomes and technical matters will be considered final.

Changes to Terms

ki9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. After any changes, the updated terms will be published on this page along with the update date. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes to the terms, please contact our support team to close your account.
